El alcance del antisemitismo en la vida cotidiana, su amplitud y alcance: el nuevo documental de Richard C. Schneider, digno de ver, aunque deprimente, ‘El asunto de los judíos’, tematiza en forma condensada, al mismo tiempo de forma ilustrativa y analíticamente bien arraigada todo lo que muchos de nosotros rechazamos porque uno no quiere creerlo y porque la vida en Alemania parece aún más difícil con este conocimiento.
El documental de cuatro partes describe de manera impresionante las crecientes incertidumbres, la falta de protección para los judíos en Alemania, así como la frustración, la tristeza, la ira y la desesperación por el creciente antisemitismo de todo tipo, las reacciones demasiado débiles y la falta de simpatía por los judíos de la mayor parte de la sociedad.
Los actos antisemitas a menudo no se reconocen como tales.
En el judaísmo existe la idea de que podemos ponderar nuestros filtros de percepción de manera diferente. Metafóricamente se parecen a un colador. Hay diferentes tipos de tamices: los que solo conservan lo valioso, precioso y particularmente bello después de filtrar, y los que capturan que absorben lo pronunciadamente negativo, malo y sucio. Todos tenemos la libertad de elegir un tipo de filtro adecuado.
Pero en la historia de la diáspora judía es difícil “filtrarlas”, bajo el telón de fondo permanente de las amenazas antisemitas y la discriminación, no darles mucha importancia y actuar cada vez con tanta confianza y seguridad como si el antisemitismo no existiera.
Apaciguamiento. ¿Y cómo podemos aprender de nuestra larga historia de persecución, si no queremos creer cada vez que en realidad está sucediendo de nuevo, aunque uno quisiera creer que la sociedad actual es diferente a todo lo pasado? Uno se asegura a sí mismo que la persecución no es posible después de todas las atrocidades y gracias a numerosas responsabilidades históricas evocadas.
Pero como muestra la documentación, la dignidad y el límite de lo aceptable de palabra y de hecho se supera cada vez con más frecuencia y suele quedar impune.
La documentación de Schneider ilustra y recuerda la vieja tesis de que los judíos (sobreviven) no viven gracias a las sociedades de acogida, sino a pesar de la discriminación que emana de ellas.
Entonces se aprende que los fallos judiciales sobre crímenes antiisraelíes, que no están clasificados como antisemitismo a pesar de todo el claro odio hacia Israel y los judíos, se entienden como un aplauso a los perpetradores. Llama la atención también la discrepancia entre las grandes palabras de la política y la falta de protección contra el antisemitismo en la vida cotidiana que denuncian los afectados.
Los actos antisemitas a menudo no se reconocen como tales. La creatividad y vehemencia con la que se banaliza, relativiza o destruye es inmensa. Las numerosas facetas abiertas, desinhibidas y veladas del odio a los judíos en el nuevo “mejor empaque” del populismo de derecha o la llamada crítica a Israel surgen de la experiencia relevante de los entrevistados.
La cuestión de quién se siente perturbado y amenazado por la existencia de judíos en este mundo crea un vínculo a través de una cosmovisión y un “nosotros” imaginado, ya sea la homogeneizada Hermandad Musulmana o la “Nueva Nación Alemana“. Se trata del enojado “nosotros” que, según Adorno, “se arrojan al crisol del ego colectivo” o intentan reparar su propio narcisismo colectivo dañado y satisfacer el anhelo de una “nación más grande” y “más poderosa” con promesas engañosas.
Premisas. A partir de las descripciones de los expertos sobre los mecanismos del antisemitismo, se puede cuestionar el alcance de algunas de las premisas propias de nuestro sentir actual, que pueden legitimar la violencia antisemita. Una premisa es que el antisemitismo posterior a la Segunda Guerra Mundial se considera un fenómeno superado, que pertenece al pasado y casi significa ideas nacionalsocialistas, de las que la mayoría quiere distanciarse claramente.
Surge una cacofonía de diferentes competencias de víctimas.
Como resultado, los numerosos incidentes no se entienden como antisemitismo “real”, que no puede o no debería existir en el propio entorno. Mientras que los judíos, que anhelan desesperadamente la solidaridad, deben permanecer siempre atentos y les gustaría sacudir el ambiente adormecido o vacilante, en la sociedad mayoritaria siempre hay una duda objetiva, aparentemente neutral y sobria.
La segunda premisa se refiere al derecho a la justicia y la obligación histórica de posicionarse del lado de las minorías, es decir, a favor de los palestinos, en nombre de la culpa y la vergüenza, para poner en escena la ruptura de los tabúes y así luchar por una buena causa como “rebeldes”, para entender.
La tercera premisa postula la más alta posición de la libertad de expresión en una sociedad democrática, a través de la cual se pretende respetar y valorar cualquier opinión. De lo contrario, uno se considera autoritario o discriminatorio. Pero, ¿qué pasa si la opinión es antisemita?
Otra premisa enfatiza que el sufrimiento y el crimen son un fenómeno humano general y, por lo tanto, universal y comparable. De esta manera, la Shoah podría discutirse junto con los crímenes coloniales o de otro tipo, y solo entonces todos los grupos sentirían que están siendo abordados. Como resultado de querer complacer a todos al mismo tiempo, en el mejor de los casos surge una cacofonía de diversas competiciones de víctimas en las que se desafía una comparación del propio sufrimiento con el sufrimiento de los judíos en la Shoah. Abordar la violencia antisemita se percibe como agotador y moralizante.

Demnach könnten Anbieter beispielsweise ihre Produkte als Künstlerfarben umdeklarieren, um sich dadurch dem Verbot
zu entziehen. Im Oktober eröffnet Edding im Chilehaus ein eigenes Tattoostudio mit Farben aus eigener Produktion. Nach
Herstellerangaben enthalten die Farben keine Konservierungsstoffe
und auch die Pigmente “Blau 15” und “Grün 7” sucht man vergebens: “Eddings Tattoo-Farben verwenden diese Pigmente und weitere Stoffe nicht, sind daher zukünftig EU-konform”,
hieß es von der Pressestelle. In Hamburg gibt es aber nicht nur das erste Tattoostudio Deutschlands – sondern womöglich
auch bald das erste Studio, das von einem Schreibwarenhersteller geführt wird.
Das Projekt befinde sich aber noch ganz am Anfang.
Als unmittelbare Lösung der Probleme, die sich durch ein mögliches Verbot der Pigmente ergeben würden,
seien die eigenen Farben ohnehin nicht gedacht, sagt er.
Das liegt auch daran, dass der Laden im Herzen Hamburgs laut Knebelkamp zunächst
das einzige Tattoostudio sein soll, das die Edding-Farben benutzt.
